Your Data Never Trains Our Models

Fullcast’s AI capabilities are built on a simple principle: your data is yours. We do not use customer data to train our models, ever.

Enterprise AI, Built on a Foundation of Trust

Fullcast brings AI into your revenue operations without compromising the security, governance, and compliance standards your organization requires. From PII masking to role-based access controls, every layer of our AI architecture is designed to protect your data and give you full visibility into how AI is being used.

Your Data Is Never Used to Train Our Models

Fullcast does not use customer data (including structured data, metadata, user queries, or system-generated content) to train, fine-tune, or adapt any AI model. This applies to every AI feature across the platform, without exception.

User queries are only retained if a user explicitly provides feedback via in-product options. Even then, that data is reviewed manually by the Fullcast team, used solely to improve prompt construction and retrieval quality, and never shared with or used by any model provider. Organizations can also disable query logging entirely for their users through admin-level settings.

How Fullcast AI Works

Fullcast AI is tightly integrated into the platform and designed with a boundary-aware architecture. All AI interactions, including assistant queries, automated planning features, and external model connections, operate within Fullcast’s existing security boundary, not outside it.

SmartPlans: Rules-Based, Not Black-Box

Fullcast’s SmartPlans feature uses a rules-based expert system, not machine learning. Users define business rules and priorities (such as account continuity, rep coverage limits, and territory balance), and the system generates plans based entirely on that logic.

Security Controls

Fullcast AI operates as an extension of the platform’s trust boundary, not a bypass. All AI features respect the same access controls, audit policies, and security boundaries that govern the rest of the platform.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Fullcast use my data to train AI models?

No. Fullcast does not use customer data to train, fine-tune, or adapt any AI model. This includes structured data, metadata, user queries, and system-generated content. Customer data is never used for model training in any form.

What happens to my queries and interaction data?

User interaction metadata is temporarily stored in a secure, encrypted environment for up to 30 days to maintain session continuity, then automatically purged. Query data is only retained beyond that if a user explicitly provides feedback, and even then, it is reviewed manually, never shared with model providers, and never used for training.

Can I turn off query logging for my organization?

Yes. Administrators can disable query logging entirely for their users through admin-level platform settings.

Does the AI assistant have access to all of my data?

No. Fullcast’s AI features operate within the platform’s existing role-based access control framework. The AI assistant cannot access or expose data that a user is not already authorized to view.

What is SmartPlans and does it use AI?

SmartPlans is a rules-based expert system, not a machine learning model. It generates territory and resource plans based entirely on business rules and priorities defined by the user. There is no training, probabilistic inference, or learning from customer data involved.

How does Fullcast prevent sensitive data from being exposed to external AI models?

Before any external model interaction, a dedicated PII masking layer identifies and redacts sensitive identifiers. All external model requests are authenticated, scoped, and access-controlled. Active monitoring detects and blocks prompt injection and other adversarial inputs in real time.

Is Fullcast's AI architecture covered by your compliance program?

Yes. Fullcast’s AI features are governed by the same SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, and CPRA compliance program that covers the broader platform. Full documentation is available at trust.fullcast.com.
