Fullcast Shines in Spring 2024 G2 Awards

We’re thrilled to share that Fullcast has garnered significant accolades in the Spring 2024 G2 reports, reinforcing our position as a leader in go-to-market planning and execution software and strategy.

G2 is the world’s largest and most trusted software marketplace. More than 90 million people annually—including employees at all of the Fortune 500 companies—use G2 to make smarter software decisions based on authentic peer reviews. Fullcast is honored to have received badges again this quarter as a testament to the value that we are bringing to our customers.

Spring 2024 Highlights for Fullcast

This season, Fullcast has earned awards across several key areas and in two separate product categories:

  • Best Support: Fullcast received the highest Quality of Support rating in the Relationship Index for the Sales Planning category. This badge celebrates our exceptional customer success team’s dedication to providing outstanding service and support to our customers. “The best part of Fullcast, which sets them apart from their competitors are their people,” noted Nicole M., a business applications manager at one of Fullcast’s enterprise customers. “They feel like an extension of our business. They are responsive and take care of our needs just like someone who is on the internal team.”
  • Best Estimated ROI: In the Results Index for the Sales Planning category, Fullcast was awarded the Best Estimated ROI recognition. This accolade is based on our product’s efficiency in achieving a quick return on investment, making a significant difference in our users’ operational success. “There are a number of common, critical business processes that Rev Ops owns that typically require a lot of custom SFDC work and/or manual work by analysts,” commented Scott M., a VP of revenue operations at one of Fullcast’s Mid-Market customers. “Fullcast helps automate all of these in one platform that can be managed by one person.” Given the high cost of CRM developers and operations analysts, this is a huge savings for many customers.
  • Highest User Adoption: Our solutions have been recognized for their user-friendly design, earning the highest User Adoption rating in the Lead-to-Account Matching and Routing Category’s Implementation Index. This recognition highlights how easily customers can integrate Fullcast into their daily workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes. According to Ben S., a RevOps leader at one of Fullcast’s enterprise customers, Fullcast drives “Hyper growth SaaS operations on a budget: speed to lead, accounts matching, account hierarchy management, smart territory balancing, large scale case routing and management. Our Sales Operations team alone would need to double in size and manage all of the above in spreadsheets if we didn’t have Fullcast.”

We owe a huge thank you to our customers, whose reviews and feedback have directly contributed to these achievements. Their insights not only validate our work but also guide our continuous improvement and innovation.
