FULLCAST

Fullcast was built for RevOps leaders by RevOps leaders with a goal of bringing together all of the moving pieces of our clients’ sales go-to-market strategies and automating their execution.

The energy at Dreamforce was electric this year, and at Fullcast’s Great GTM Reset event, it felt like lightning in a bottle. Over drinks, conversation, and a shared sense of “what’s next,” the sharpest GTM minds gathered to talk about the massive transformation sweeping through revenue organizations.

Between a new acquisition announcement, the release of fresh GTM performance data, and an incredible fireside chat it’s clear the future of go-to-market is already here.

At the center of the evening was an intimate fireside chat that brought together four GTM heavyweights: Ryan Westwood, CEO and Co-Founder of Fullcast; Guy Rubin, MD of Insights at Fullcast; Pete Kazanjy, Founder of Modern Sales Pros and Author of Founding Sales; and Dr. Amy Osmond Cook, CMO and Co-Founder of Fullcast.

The consensus was the next generation of leaders won’t just operate systems; they’ll train them. In this blog, we’ll explore a few of the biggest highlights of the night.

Copy.ai Joins the Fullcast Family

One of the biggest moments of the night came when Ryan Westwood announced that Copy.ai has been acquired by Fullcast, marking the start of a new era for RevOps and GTM execution.

Together, Fullcast and Copy.ai create the first AI-first command center for go-to-market teams, uniting RevOps automation with generative AI intelligence. With Fullcast, you design territories, quotas, and strategy. With Copy.ai, you bring those plans to life, from prospecting and enrichment to deal coaching and personalized engagement.

This means every GTM workflow becomes smarter, faster, and fully aligned. Strategy meets execution. AI meets action.

The H1 2025 GTM Benchmarks Report Reveals New Insights

This event also marked the release of the 2025 Benchmarks Report: The State of GTM in H1 2025. Drawing on 440,000 opportunities worth $43 billion and insights from 118 CROs, the report reveals how sales teams are performing in a year defined by lowered quotas, tighter budgets, and heightened efficiency pressure.

The findings are both eye-opening and encouraging. Efficiency is up. Top performers are widening the gap. And companies with strong ICP discipline are far more likely to hit their number.

The full report is now live, and it’s a must-read for any GTM leader navigating this era of recalibration.

Books, Drinks, and Big Ideas

After the discussion, guests mingled with fellow execs over food and drinks — and walked away with a full GTM library, including hard copies of The RevOps Advantage: How to Maximize Your Revenue Teams’ Potential.

The event was less a party and more a summit where new partnerships form, ideas take shape, and the future of go-to-market gets a little clearer. Because when the GTM world hits reset, leaders don’t wait for the playbook. They write it together.
