Five cities. One question: What is getting in the way of predictable growth?
There is something wonderfully old-fashioned about the idea behind Fullcast’s 2026 Revenue Road Show.
We’re going to show up.
At a time when nearly every business conversation can happen over Zoom, Slack, email, or another webinar, Fullcast Co-founder and CMO, Dr. Amy Cook, and a team of go-to-market leaders are heading to New York, Boston, Chicago, Austin, and San Francisco this fall. Not simply to demonstrate software. They’re going to meet revenue leaders where they work, hear what is happening inside their organizations, and tackle the problems that don’t always fit neatly into a demo. Because RevOps has never been a one-size-fits-all business.
“Revenue operations is ultimately a people business,” Cook said. “Technology can solve an enormous number of problems, but first you have to understand the problem someone is actually trying to solve. That’s much easier when you’re sitting across the table from them.”
Why a roadshow? Because the best conversations rarely happen from a stage.
The idea grew from last year’s GTM Live event, which brought revenue leaders together to discuss some of the hardest questions facing modern go-to-market organizations.
- How should territories be designed?
- Why do sellers distrust their quotas?
- Where is pipeline quietly breaking down?
- Why are commission disputes still happening?
- Can leadership actually trust the forecast?
Why wait another year to have these conversations? So Fullcast decided to take the conversation on the road.
“We learned something important at GTM Live: revenue leaders don’t need another room full of people telling them everything is easy,” Cook said. “They want to compare notes. They want to ask difficult questions. They want to hear what’s working for other teams. We wanted to create more opportunities for those conversations.”
Taking the expertise to the customer
The Revenue Road Show reflects a different approach to how technology companies can engage with customers and the larger RevOps community. Instead of asking hundreds of people to fly to one massive conference, Fullcast is bringing a team of specialists into five major business markets.
And that distinction matters.
Fullcast’s experts work every day across territory management, quota planning, lead routing, forecasting, compensation management, CRM data, revenue intelligence, and executive reporting. The roadshow puts that expertise in the room with the people wrestling with those same challenges and that creates a very different experience from walking through a convention center collecting tote bags and sitting through 45-minute presentations. The events are deliberately smaller and more conversational.
“I don’t want someone leaving one of these events saying, ‘That was a great product demo,'” Cook said. “I want them leaving with an idea they can take back to their team Monday morning and use. That’s a much higher bar for us.”
RevOps problems are connected
One reason these conversations matter is that revenue problems rarely stay in their assigned departments. For instance, a territory problem becomes a quota problem. Or a routing problem becomes a pipeline problem. In many cases, poor CRM data becomes a forecasting problem, or a confusing compensation plan becomes a seller motivation problem. And eventually, all of them become a revenue growth problem.
That’s why the Revenue Road Show brings together experts from across the revenue lifecycle rather than focusing on a single feature or product.
Guests can dig into territory design that better reflects market opportunity. They can talk about quotas sellers understand and believe in. They can examine faster lead routing, more reliable forecasting, cleaner CRM data, executive insights, and compensation processes that don’t require everyone to hold their breath at the end of the month.
“One of the mistakes companies make is treating every revenue problem as an isolated problem,” Cook said. “Territories affect quotas. Quotas affect compensation. Data affects forecasting. Routing affects pipeline. RevOps connects all of it, and that’s exactly how we want to approach these conversations.”
A CMO who wants to hear what’s happening in the field
There is another reason Cook wanted to take the Fullcast team on the road.
Listening.
For a CMO, spending time directly with customers, prospects, RevOps practitioners, sales leaders, and operators provides something dashboards can’t always capture: context.
What are people frustrated by? What are they being asked to accomplish next year? What processes are still stubbornly manual? What is stressing out CROs? What do RevOps teams wish their technology partners understood?
Those conversations certainly influence marketing. They can also impact how Fullcast thinks about its products, services, customer experience, and the problems the company chooses to solve next.
“Some of the most valuable market research you’ll ever get doesn’t come from a spreadsheet,” Cook said. “It comes from asking a smart person, ‘What’s making your job harder right now?’ and then listening carefully to the answer.”
That’s part of what makes taking the Fullcast product suite on the road so valuable. The team gets to demonstrate what Fullcast can do. More importantly, they get to hear what revenue teams need it to do.
Five cities. Hundreds of revenue conversations.
The 2026 Revenue Road Show will stop in New York, Boston, Chicago, Austin, and San Francisco, creating intimate evenings built around practical conversations, networking, food, drinks, and real-world Revenue Operations challenges.
- No massive convention hall.
- No need to pretend your territory model is working perfectly.
- Bring the spreadsheet nobody trusts.
- Bring the quota question nobody agrees on.
- Bring the commission headache.
- Bring the forecast your CEO keeps asking about.
- Bring the RevOps problem your team has been quietly duct-taping together for the past six months.
“We’re bringing people who live and breathe these problems every day,” Cook said. “You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. That’s the point. Bring us the hard questions. Those are the conversations we’re traveling across the country to have.”
The Fullcast team will bring the expertise. And, this fall, they’re bringing it to you.
